Henrich Abegg is Managing Director and shareholder of VBLP GmbH.
With his commercial training and international business studies, he has laid a solid foundation for his career. His experience in the fields of marketing, sales, mergers & acquisitions and strategy consulting make him a true expert. He has worked in a wide variety of industries and has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complex challenges of today's economy and the needs of companies.

Tanja Gippert
Tanja Gippert has 15 years of management experience in an international group and her expertise is impressive. Among other things, she is a certified management consultant, coach and specialist in personnel consulting and recruitment. Tanja Gippert has already received several awards for her commitment to the placement of older employees and is an honorary member of various audit committees of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
She attaches particular importance to heart and empathy in her work:

Ulrike Luz
Ulrike Luz has a degree in business administration and has been supporting companies and managers in professional change processes since 1995. Her areas of expertise lie primarily in the fields of executive search and potential analysis of executives and management, as well as in consulting on individual development measures for specialists and executives. She has completed numerous further training courses, including training as a systemic coach and in client-centered conversation techniques according to Carl Rogers.

Christian Riepenhausen
For Christian Riepenhausen, a business administrator and trained business coach, the focus is always on people and their development.
