The VBLP management team sets the course for a successful future together
Our VBLP management team met in Hamburg at the end of July with the best view of the Port of Hamburg. Current projects, future-oriented consulting content and the possibilities and limitations of AI were the topics of the day – always with a focus on the needs of our customers: the companies and their employees. In these turbulent times, you need the right offers and measures to deal with comprehensive change issues such as restructuring, mergers, redundancies, employee retention and management development.
We are working on the development of new consulting modules
For advising employees who are reorienting, upskilling, developing or leaving the company, very valuable ideas were contributed by the consultants, which we incorporated directly into the development of new advisory modules.
We would like to thank our VBLP team of consultants once again! As an agile organization with a strong implementation capability, we look forward to making the new offerings available in a timely manner and presenting them to our customers.
Constructive exchange on the topic of financial and pension advice
A special highlight of the day was the visit from Felix Charbatzadeh, the Managing Director of our partner Norfex GmbH. Together with Norfex, we offer our successful financial and pension advice product, which helps our clients to make the right financial decisions in the context of separation or partial retirement.
