As a freelance consulting professional in the field of newplacement and career counseling, you support our clients professionally, empathetically and purposefully in their professional reorientation and all relevant coaching topics.
Your tasks:
As an “expert in counseling”, you will provide our clients with individual and sustainable support. Specifically, this includes:
- You support your clients in possible phases of separation and help them with self-reflection, the identification of their professional strengths and motivations and the preparation of convincing application documents.
- They help to identify alternative career paths (including the option of self-employment), effectively search for new jobs and tap into the labor market.
- In addition, you prepare your clients for job interviews and various selection procedures through individual training and coaching sessions
Your profile:
- You have a charismatic personality and have a degree.
- You have extensive experience in a management position and/or in the field of personnel consulting. Ideally, you already have experience as a career change consultant and/or application coach and have coaching certification.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the current access routes to the regional and national job market as well as relevant social media channels in the application environment.
- You have excellent communication skills and are characterized by commitment and the ability to work in a team.
- They have a pronounced service mentality and attach great importance to high quality.
- You are a native speaker of German and have a good command of written and spoken English.
