The purposes of the processing of personal data with regard to the consulting services of VBLP are:
- Support with your professional repositioning
- Your contact management (networks, multipliers, etc.)
- Activity tracking and activities
- Use of a workstation provided by us for your own work
- Reporting the start and end of the consultation to the client for invoicing purposes
No consulting content is passed on / communicated
Recipient groups for the application data category (cover letter, CV, profile) are, in each case after consultation with you: Headhunters / personnel consultants, companies, OutplacementGroup applicant exchange, network contacts.
The lawfulness of the processing of personal data is based on your written consent to the processing of your personal data for the stated purposes.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
Periods of digital and / or analog storage of personal data are based on the respective legally prescribed retention periods with regard to the purposes of processing, currently 10 years for commercial administration and 10 years for personnel administration. The personal data will be deleted shortly after expiry of the period.
You also have the right,
- to obtain information from the controller about the personal data concerning you;
- to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing or a right to object to processing;
- to data portability;
- to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
You are not obliged to provide personal data, but you may not be able to make use of VBLP’s advisory services, or only to a limited extent. The provision of data is therefore a basis for successful cooperation.
We would like to point out that our efforts and activities do not imply any claim to success in the sense of a job interview or receipt of an employment contract. Likewise, we cannot guarantee feedback from third parties, e.g. recruitment consultants, network contacts, etc.
